Kids & Company in Canada is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and grow a talented marketing team across our portfolio of brands. This senior role reports to the VP of Marketing & Brand and blends strategy with hands-on execution in branding, digital marketing, partnerships, and communications.

You will oversee content, agency relationships, influencer partnerships, social media, paid advertising, signage, events, and marketing support for new acquisitions across Canada, including signage

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey brand messaging to parents and families.
• Strong leadership with 3+ years of management experience leading a marketing team.
• Experience managing agency relationships or working in an agency account capacity.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing & Communications, PR, or related field.
