Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or personal banking.
• Familiarity with bank card or payment products.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of debit card and related payment products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk Management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and guidelines.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Support product marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payment network rules.
• Support testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-launch monitoring.
• Coordinate with external vendors and payment network partners.
• Provide ongoing product support and communications to branches.
