Float, Toronto-based fintech, is building Canada's intelligent financial operating system to help businesses spend, save, and grow. We’re hiring a Product Manager for the Mid-Market Activation squad to drive card adoption and reduce time to spend.

You’ll own features end-to-end, translate customer problems into clear requirements, and partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality workflows. A data-driven mindset and curiosity about AI are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS product management, owning features end-to-end.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to translate problems into clear requirements.
• Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with metrics and funnels.
• Curious about AI and how it can improve product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate customer and business problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality workflows on time.
• Define and manage the squad roadmap within its mission and metrics.
• Drive activation, onboarding, and growth-focused product work.
