Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for Growth Marketing in Canada. You will own marketing data reporting and analysis, and support key lead-generation activities. You’ll lead dashboard development, track KPIs, and translate business questions into analytics to drive growth.

You’ll mentor a small analytics team, collaborate with RevOps and Corporate Data, and push for automation and data quality improvements across GA, Salesforce, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing data reporting and analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, Corporate Data, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new reporting and dashboards to analyze Marketing effectiveness and support full funnel programs.
• Generate reports on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and content engagement weekly and monthly.
• Structure complex marketing questions and leverage analysis to drive insights.
• Evaluate and improve data quality, completeness, compliance and cleanliness in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Automate processes and collaborate across Marketing to accelerate business results.
• Maintain data integrity and a single source of truth across the business with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and help build their technical and business skills.
