Qualifications

• Around 2 years of grounds maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices.
• Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew.
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, and site clean-up.
• Ensure routes are completed on time and to company standards.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Complete safety paperwork and promote safe work practices.
• Manage timecards, crew communication, and client feedback.
• Coach team members and lead by example.
• Mowing (push mowers, ride-ons, and zero-turns).
• Trimming and edging.
• Debris blowing and site cleanup.
• Weeding and garden bed maintenance.
• Shrub pruning and minor landscape upkeep.
• Mulching and seasonal property maintenance.
• General litter control and property appearance.
