Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew.
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, and site cleanup.
• Ensure routes are completed on time and to company standards.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Complete safety paperwork and promote safe work practices.
• Manage timecards, crew communication, and client feedback.
• Coach team members and lead by example.
