Job summary

Livingstone Landscaping is seeking a Gardening Crew Member to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through planting, garden care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape upkeep. You will work outdoors, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to community projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on landscaping, adherence to site plans, and teamwork, with early mornings and weekend work during peak seasons expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible to work early mornings and weekends during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds.
• Assist with mulching, edging, lawn care, and seasonal cleanups.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
• Work closely with the Junior Project Manager and crew members.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
• Report equipment maintenance needs.
• Support grounds maintenance and other landscaping projects as needed.
