Livingstone Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead to supervise and support a dedicated crew, ensuring top-quality work across sites. You’ll oversee mowing, edging, pruning, site cleanup, and daily operations while upholding safety standards and timely completion of routes.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, landscaping knowledge, and a Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license. You will mentor team members and promote best practices on every job site.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of grounds maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices.
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew.
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, and site clean-up.
• Ensure routes are completed on time and to company standards.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Complete safety paperwork and promote safe work practices.
• Manage timecards, crew communication, and client feedback.
• Coach team members and lead by example.
