Job summary

eBrandon is seeking a Gardening Crew Member to help maintain outdoor spaces through planting, garden care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape maintenance. If you enjoy working outside, take pride in your work, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You will collaborate with the Junior Project Manager and crew members, follow site plans, and keep job sites safe, clean, and organized while supporting various landscaping projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible to work early mornings and weekends during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds.
• Assist with mulching, edging, lawn care, and seasonal cleanups.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
• Work closely with the Junior Project Manager and crew members.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
• Report equipment maintenance needs.
• Support grounds maintenance and other landscaping projects as needed.
