Livingstone Landscaping Ltd. seeks a Landscape Crew Lead to guide crews on outdoor construction projects across Manitoba. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping or construction experience.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Experience hauling a trailer is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labour.
• Leadership skills to motivate and support team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Landscape Foreman in leading and supporting crew members.
• Install sod, plants, trees, patios, retaining walls, and decks.
• Operate landscaping equipment, power tools, compactors, and saws.
• Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safe work practices.
• Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman and project team.
• Assist with project documentation and record keeping.
