You will partner with the Saskatchewan Area Manager to shape the regional organization from day one, ensuring robust recruitment and onboarding across projects.

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience; experience in recruitment and employee relations, or as an HR Generalist.
• CPHR designation (or CHRL) or actively pursuing it.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in HR, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of Saskatchewan workforce for founding operations.
• Design regional talent attraction strategies and build pipelines with partners.
• Roll out HR policies and systems compliant with local legislation.
• Partner with Area Manager on regional structure and design.
• Serve as HR advisor and lead employee relations and performance processes.
