Good Taste Foods Co., Ltd is seeking a F / T Production Supervisor – Food and Beverage Processing

• Position : Production Supervisor – Food and Beverage Processing
• Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent
• Wage : $28.00~$30.00 / hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours : 30-40 hours / week
• Number of Positions : 1
• Vacation Pay : 4% vacation pay

Job Duties

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of employees involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage products
• Address work-related issues and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
• Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
• Prepare production and other reports

Job Requirements

• Experience : 1 ~ 2 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required
• Education : Completion of secondary school is required
