Job summary

Airswift seeks a technically capable coordinator in Calgary to support a Detailed Time Entry environment during a major implementation and transition into sustainment. You will focus on myTrack processes, supplier support, data integrity, system coordination and go-live readiness in a fast-paced project setting.

You will contribute to onboarding, time entry processes, training support and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely data and smooth go-live

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain operations, system coordination, or enterprise process support.
• Hands-on experience supporting transactional or enterprise systems.
• Experience with contractor onboarding and offboarding, PR/PO processes, time entry, or invoicing processes.
• Experience supporting implementation activity, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and go-live readiness.
• Experience with MyTrack or similar time-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Detailed Time Entry processes during implementation and sustainment phases.
• Support onboarding, supplier coordination, and data integrity activities.
• Assist go-live readiness, testing and issue tracking.
• Provide functional support and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate data across MyTrack and ERP interfaces.
