Qualifications

• 8–12 years of strategy, strategic ops, or product strategy experience in consumer products or tech.
• Proven people leadership with experience developing teams.
• Track record delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives from idea to delivery.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience designing planning processes in large, complex organizations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management to align senior leaders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and delivering practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and long-range strategic planning cycle with roadmaps and leadership outputs.
• Translate strategy into clear Product Development priorities aligned with market dynamics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including new product opportunities and cost-savings programs.
• Develop analytical and financial frameworks to size investments and guide go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate programs across Product Development, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Own the operating rhythm: leadership planning, governance, executive reviews, and communications.
• Design governance structures and decision rights to enable effective decision-making.
• Provide senior stakeholders with timely, actionable information for decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing strategy and operations team.
• Build standards for strategic analysis, initiative management, and planning facilitation.
• Partner with Consumer Insights, Brand, and Commercial to ground priorities in evidence.
• Within the first year, strengthen planning, improve visibility, and contribute to strategic agenda.
