Job summary

Branch seeks a Product Development Associate Manager to bolster our Sr Manager of Product Development in growing our office furniture and accessories portfolio with top-quality user experiences. You’ll support the organization, development, and launch of products for direct-to-consumer and contract lines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced startup, coordinating with domestic and international partners to ensure on-time launches

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of product development, sourcing, production, or buyer experience in hardgoods (furniture preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Able to work independently, manage timelines, and communicate strategically.

Responsibilities

• Own PD process and drive cross-functional alignment for development goals.
• Lead weekly PD meetings for multiple teams and track sampling, costing, and tooling fees.
• Manage timelines from design to PO placement and approvals; chase delays as needed.
• Collaborate with Asia Sourcing and Engineering on cost engineering and packaging efficiencies.
• Coordinate design samples and ensure testing requirements for compliance and on-time launches.
