Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives and serve as the bridge between business strategy, technology, and user experience. You will influence cross-functional teams to deliver products users love, prioritizing features that move the North Star metrics and growth.

You’ll lead strategic discovery, MVP validation, and roadmap ownership while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance on GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 0-to-1 product development in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of Lean Startup methodologies and data instrumentation.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and data science on product decisions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and data requirements for features.

Responsibilities

• Strategic discovery through market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Design rapid MVPs and experiments to validate ideas and mitigate risk.
• Lead product-market fit analysis and Go/No-Go decisions for scaling.
• Own the product roadmap and North Star metrics balancing constraints.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and deploy mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional squads to ship features rapidly without direct reports.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to shape pricing, positioning, and unit economics.
