Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, strategic operations, or product strategy in consumer products, technology, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team — people management is required.
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from definition through delivery, with measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen — you build models, interpret results, and translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience designing and running strategic planning processes for a large or complex organization.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end, evaluating new opportunities and size them.
