Teck is seeking a Global People Systems Analyst to lead the technical and data aspects of implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of a broader SAP S/4 HANA rollout planned for 2027. The role requires strong data governance and collaboration with internal teams and a systems integrator.

The position sits in Vancouver, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on data migration, ELT design, and HR data stewardship across ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of technical or data conversion experience.
• Experience designing and running ELT processes for HR data migrations (mapping, validation, load testing).
• Hands-on configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) including workflows and data models.

Responsibilities

• Be a courageous safety leader and sponsor health and environmental practices.
• Coordinate data migration from source systems to SAP SuccessFactors EC templates, including cleansing and validation.
• Manage regression testing across SuccessFactors modules; coordinate cycles with HR users and sustainment teams.
• Collaborate with Integrations team to validate requirements and support new interfaces.
• Review configuration elements like business rules, workflows, RBPs, and approver logic.
