Job summary

Hexagon's HRIS & Analytics team seeks a Senior SuccessFactors Analyst to own the configuration, integrity, and evolution of our SAP SuccessFactors environment. You’ll configure Employee Central, Position Management, and Compensation, while supporting analytics and Power BI dashboards across the business.

Based in Calgary with a hybrid model, you may also work remotely from the US. You’ll lead UAT, drive data governance, and partner with HR leaders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors administration across multiple modules (Employee Central and Position Management required; Compensation required).
• Deep understanding of SF configuration: foundation objects, business rules, workflows, permissions, and compensation templates.
• Experience with SF integrations and data mappings across systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and basic data modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate HR needs into system designs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central foundation objects, rules, workflows, and permissions.
• Own and maintain Position Management structure including Org Chart and Company Structure.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including templates and merit/budget cycles.
• Support configuration across Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning as needed.
• Manage integrations and data validation between SF and other systems; document data flows for governance.
• Lead UAT planning and execution for HRIS changes, releases, and cutover events.
• Serve as primary contact for SF configuration questions; translate HR needs into designs.
• Provide training and documentation for HRBPs and stakeholders on SF changes and reports.
• Provide backup and support for Power BI dashboards and legacy reports.
• Ad hoc reporting for divisional and enterprise leadership during reviews and planning cycles.
