EY is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits Senior Consultant/Manager to join our HR Technology practice in Canada. Lead complex global benefits transformations, design, implement, and optimize EC Global Benefits solutions across geographies, and align benefits technology with HR strategy and compliance.

You will partner with clients to translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits solutions, drive governance, and mentor delivery teams in a global program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and Benefits leaders, shaping global benefits strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Maintain ownership of solution integrity across benefits processes, data strategy, and reporting.
• Manage global, multi-country benefits implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering collaboration across onshore/offshore models.
• Partner with change management teams to drive adoption of new benefits technology.
