Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with 3–5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end benefits technology transformations.
• Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in global program environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and Benefits leaders, shaping global benefits strategies and tech roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits implementations, including configuration and deployment.
• Design and configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and life event management.
• Own solution integrity across benefits processes, data strategy, and reporting; drive analytics and governance.
• Coordinate across HR, IT, vendors to deliver integrated benefits solutions; establish governance frameworks.
• Mentor delivery teams and share knowledge within the SAP SuccessFactors community.
