Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting Global Operations, including customer support roles.
• Ability to handle high-velocity, high-volume recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Operations roles across Community Support.
• Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across geographies; promote diversity.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and partner with hiring managers.
• Drive process improvements and educate stakeholders on interviewing best practices.
