Responsibilities

• Use Greenhouse ATS and sourcing channels to attract bilingual talent.
• Conduct resume reviews, pre-screens, and interviews in English and French.
• Lead interviews and negotiate offers aligned with company policies.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners for bilingual hiring.
