Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert based in Canada. This remote contract role focuses on designing and evaluating realistic HR tasks covering payroll operations, workforce planning, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.

You will develop structured tasks with clear scoring rubrics and source reference materials to ensure consistent, objective assessments.

Qualifications

• At least five years hands-on HR experience in payroll, planning, or lifecycle operations.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply structured procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing documentation across HR reference materials.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks based on payroll, planning, and lifecycle responsibilities.
• Create objective evaluation criteria and rubrics for consistent scoring.
• Assess candidate professional judgment beyond factual recall.
• Prepare and organize HR materials and reference files.
• Ensure clarity and avoid ambiguous assignments; meet deadlines.
