Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across global operations and admin roles, focusing on building diverse candidate slates and an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, drive the interview process, and shape hiring strategy in a fast-paced environment across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in high volume, general & administrative functions.
• Experience supporting a Global Operations function including customer support roles preferred.
• Track record for identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a solutions orientation.

Speak passionately and authentically about Airbnb and our mission. Your Expertise: 5 - 7+ years full cycle recruiting experience is required. Experience recruiting in high volume, general & administrative functions is required. Experience supporting a Global Operations function inclusive of customer support roles is preferred. Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly. Well-developed analytical and influencing skills. Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude. Receives feedback well and looks to constantly improve and grow. Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity. Ability to be patient and communicate respectfully in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational and planning skills and a solutions orientation.
