Job summary

Qualifications

• College diploma or higher
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding
• Solid understanding of import/export processes
• Working proficiency in Korean and English is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import/export shipment schedules with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor shipment status and proactively manage delays, damages, and other operational issues, including implementing corrective actions
• Support on-site logistics operations including gate control coordination, escort arrangements, and weekend or urgent issue handling
• Prepare and review shipping documents and logistics reports with accuracy and compliance
• Support freight cost estimation, quotation review, invoice verification, and settlement processes
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders in English and Korean
