Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English; Korean is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
• Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, shipping standards and policies.
• Continuously improve logistics processes to reduce costs.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
