Clio is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition teams. You will own senior-level roles end-to-end, partnering with GTM and G&A leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more, to drive hiring in Canada and the U.S.

You will develop data-informed sourcing and hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and continuously improve candidate experience while representing Clio's values through the process.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong data literacy with ability to leverage metrics and insights to influence hiring strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering against ambitious hiring goals while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own senior-level and high-impact roles end-to-end, leading full-cycle recruitment with proactive, strategic hiring.
• Develop and execute data-informed hiring strategies meeting quarterly targets and improving candidate experience.
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring priorities and workforce planning across GTM and G&A.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, talent intelligence, and market insights.
• Represent Clio with professionalism and integrity, aligning candidates to role requirements and organizational fit.
