A luxury elderly care provider, located in Beaconsfield, is seeking a General Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will manage staff recruitment, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain budgetary controls. You should possess at least four years of relevant experience and a Level 5 leadership qualification. This role emphasizes compassion, adaptability, and effective communication, ensuring a positive impact on residents' lives while fostering an inspiring work culture.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver excellent person‑centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. You will ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality care, manage staff recruitment, retention, and development, and act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals. You will also be responsible for managing costs and maintaining budgetary controls.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment, a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification or equivalent, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You must also be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
