Job summary

Techo-Bloc in Canada is seeking a Production Laborer for a day shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM. You will inspect products, replace defects, and help package goods for shipping, contributing to efficient operations and quality control across our manufacturing lines.

You must be reliable, able to lift 50 lb (23 kg), stay alert on 10-hour shifts, and work well in a team. We offer growth opportunities, stable hours, and a supportive plant culture.

Compensation:Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
