Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. is seeking a Production Laborer to support manufacturing operations in Canada. You will inspect concrete products, remove defects, and assist with packaging and shipping while maintaining safety and quality.

This role features a day shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with an hourly wage of $22.07 to $22.62. It requires physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork to help keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability.
• Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential for production
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly
• Able to stay focused during 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Your role
