Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. is seeking a Hybrid forklift driver/Production Labourer to support our production lines and ensure products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. You will inspect concrete products, replace defective items, pack and prepare shipments, move materials, and assist machine operators in daily tasks.

This 12-hour shift role runs Monday through Thursday, with competitive wages and a night-shift premium, in our manufacturing facility.

• This is a physically demanding position that requires reliability and consistency.
• You are able to lift and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
• You can remain focused and productive during 12-hour shifts.
• Detail-oriented and committed to doing quality work.
• You are able to drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency.
• Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces.
• Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment (forklift).
• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks.
• Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Compensation & Schedule

Competitive wages:$22.07 to $22.62 + 2$/h night shift premium

Day shift:Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30AM

Your Role

As a Hybrid forklift driver/Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards.

You will:

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency
• Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces
• Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment (forklift)
• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
