Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Ayr, Ontario facility on weekend shifts to lead plant operations and drive efficiency. You will manage production planning, workforce development, and safety compliance to achieve targets.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision within manufacturing, a high school diploma, and strong leadership with problem-solving and ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency. Weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience as Supervisor/Leader in a production/manufacturing environment; preference given to industry experience.
• Excellent proven leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility to develop and maintain excellent business relations both internally and externally.
• Mechanically inclined with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, project management, and problem solving abilities.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends when necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
