Job Description
Schedule & Compensation
  • Starting at $27/hour
  • Evening shift – Monday to Thursday 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Friday day shift
    • Training for the first 3 months will be on day shift
  • Work environment: production floor + lab testing
What Your Day Looks Like (Responsibilities)
  • Quality monitoring on the production floor
    • Maintain a strong, visible presence across production sites, working closely with production operators.
    • Verify product quality at key checkpoints (shape, consistency, humidity, etc.).
    • Ensure quality procedures are applied across all steps of the production line.
  • Testing, measurements & lab work
    • Use measuring tools and lab instruments to test products and raw materials.
    • Ensure measuring devices are calibrated and compliant.
    • Collect samples of raw materials (e.g., aggregates, cement).
    • Cut concrete blocks into smaller test‑size and prepare samples for evaluation.
    • Record results accurately and consistently.
  • Non‑conformity investigation & corrective actions
    • Detect non‑conformities quickly and document findings clearly.
    • Support root‑cause analysis to understand why issues happen.
    • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure the problem is fixed and doesn’t return.
  • Documentation & quality reporting
    • Complete quality reports and log results, share key findings with the supervisor and production teams.
  • Process improvement & quality system support
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality objectives.
  • Safety, cleanliness & teamwork
    • Follow all health & safety rules and keep work areas clean and organized.
Physical Requirements

This is an active job. You’ll use your manual skills daily and will frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a relevant environment (manufacturing, quality control, lab testing, industrial setting, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in French and English (English required to support U.S. clients)
  • Comfortable writing technical reports and documenting results
  • Strong attention to detail and structured follow‑through
  • Comfortable managing priorities and working with deadlines
  • Independent, proactive, and solution‑driven
  • Solid computer skills (ERP systems + Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
  • Valid driver’s license
