Job summary

Techo-Bloc in St-Hubert, Quebec is hiring a Production Machine Operator (Night Shift) to run and monitor high‑quality production equipment. Shift is Monday to Thursday, 5:30pm–5:30am, with four days on and three off. Salary starts at 34$/hour, based on experience, with weekly pay and full benefits.

This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, strong teamwork, and simple troubleshooting. You’ll perform machine setups, preventative maintenance, and document production results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Strong industrial mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills; ERP/Microsoft tools are a plus.
• Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
• Complete machine setups and preventative maintenance.
• Use tools and measuring equipment to maintain quality.
• Complete production and maintenance reports.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate issues and priorities with your team.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. If you have grit, take pride in your work, and like solving problems, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment

Training will be provided on either the day or night shift, so flexibility during training is required.

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
