Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Laborer in Chambly, Montérégie, Canada. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards by inspecting and preparing concrete products for shipping. The ideal candidate is punctual, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and enjoys physical work in a stable environment. The position offers competitive pay at $21.43 to $21.96 per hour, with a Monday to Thursday schedule and generous benefits including group insurance and RRSP contributions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency.
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces.
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping.
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment.
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks.
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive wage: $21.43 to $21.96 per hour
• Day shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; 3‑day weekends every week

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
