Job summary

Delta Bingo Inc. in Pickering, ON, seeks a part-time associate to activate sessions, manage prize payouts, issue/return cards, and assist Lotto sales. You will complete shift reports, handle cash drops, and respond to customer inquiries while upholding safety and dress code policies.

Experience in gaming is preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming/entertainment preferred but not required.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Activate and manage prize payouts and session play.
• Oversee issuing and returning playing cards; complete end-of-session reports.
• Assist with Lotto sales when needed.
• Enter data and adjust for paper sales, payouts, and progressives per session.
• Balance and link adjustments for seller and POS sales; print end-of-shift reports.
• Maintain cash handling and security; respond to customer inquiries about bingo programs.
• Ensure safety compliance and dress code; cover shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
