Job summary

Woodbine Entertainment in Toronto is seeking Customer Service Associates who are friendly, reliable and guest-focused to deliver winning experiences at our racing and entertainment venue. You will greet guests, answer questions and ensure a memorable visit.

You will handle cash transactions at OLG lottery terminals and point-of-sale systems, work afternoons and evenings including weekends, and maintain accuracy and courtesy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Address all customer product and service needs.
• Accurately process transactions at lottery terminals and POS.
