Job summary

Woodbine Entertainment Group in Toronto is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to deliver prompt, friendly service across Retail, Valet, Lottery and Cash Advance operations. You will handle payments, assist guests, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

The role requires strong cash-handling skills, English communication and reliability, with shifts across all hours. This is a replacement position offering a starting wage in the current market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers.
• Thorough understanding of cash handling and processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete daily reports and deposits.
• Support closing procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
