Job summary

Woodbine Entertainment Group is inviting applications for Customer Service Associates at our Toronto venue. You will engage guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and help resolve questions while processing transactions using lottery terminals and point‑of‑sale systems.

The role requires strong English communication, accuracy in cash handling, and the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers.
• Working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures.
• Proven accuracy in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Must be able to work afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Address all customer product and service needs.
• Accurately process customer transactions through OLG lottery terminal and POS systems.
• Provide a fun, friendly and high-quality guest experience.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance to company standards.
