Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
• Address and resolve technical issues or customer concerns related to cabinet games in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of game performance, incidents, and maintenance activities for reporting and analysis.
