Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, scale, knead, hand-shape, and score bread.
• Bake traditional bread and bakery products.
• Operate bakery equipment (mixers, rack ovens, proofer, slicer).
• Maintain quality, cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Keep a clean and sanitized work area.
• Store food properly following safety policies.
