Freson Bros. in Edmonton, AB (Glenora location) is hiring a Full-Time Sourdough Baker, offering a wage range of $17.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include measuring, mixing, kneading, baking bread, operating bakery equipment, and upholding food safety, quality and clean standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Must be able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

We are hiring for a Full-Time Sourdough Baker with a wage range of $17.00 - $25.00 at our location in Edmonton, AB. (Glenora location)

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, scale, knead, hand-shape, and score bread
• Bake traditional bread and bakery products
• Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
• Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Handle customer customer service inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience
