GardaWorld is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead on-site security teams in Canada. The role focuses on mobilizing guards, scheduling staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, multi-shift environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of security and team management experience, possess a First Aid certification, and are authorized to work in Canada. GardaWorld offers permanent positions, weekday schedules, and uniforms provided at no cost.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guardsfollow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1-2 number of years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification
