Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site guards and manage daily schedules at our Ontario site. You will ensure smooth security operations and deliver strong customer service across shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.

• 3–5 years of experience in security and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site security guards.
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team.
• Ensure guards follow and stay updated on instructions.
• Issue and manage access cards.
• Complete daily and incident reports.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guardsfollow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 3-5 years of experience in security and team management
• WSIB approved First aid certification
• Hold a valid Ontario security license
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent communication and computer skills
