Job summary

GardaWorld in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Security Supervisor, Office to lead a mobile security team and ensure security operations run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 0800-1600, at location N8T 3R9.

This role offers GardaWorld Academy training, a uniform provided, and permanent Monday–Friday work. Authorized to work in Canada and a valid security license are required, along with first aid certification and 1+ years

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• First aid certification mandatory.
• Hold a valid security license.
• 1+ years of experience in security and team management.
• Excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mobile security guards.
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team.
• Ensure all guards follow and stay updated on instructions.
• Issue and manage access cards.
• Complete daily reports and incident reports.
• All other related duties.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 0800-1600 hrs

Responsibilities for Mobile Supervisor

• Lead a team of mobile security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team

Qualifications for Mobile Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.

• Hold a valid security license
