Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Refunds and returns processing and form completion.
• Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions.
• Keep sales tax-exempt records up to date per guidelines.
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims and check items against refund slips.
• Ensure items are scanned correctly to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Be available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
