• Follows procedures when processing refunds and returns and completes required forms accurately.
• Helps customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Keeps sales tax-exempt records up to date by following company guidelines.
• Sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips.
• Ensures all items are scanned correctly before returning to the sales floor for pricing/inventory accuracy.
• Be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
