Responsibilities

• Managing customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.
• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provides ongoing guidance.
• Ensures loss prevention standards are implemented and manages daily cash office inventory.
• Maintains proper customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues per guidelines.
• Maintains shelves, displays and store image; performs clerical and banking duties as needed.
• Complies with all policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
