Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Vaughan is looking for a customer-focused team member to support cashiering, merchandising and store operations. You will train staff, follow policies, and help resolve customer inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and operating procedures.
• Train cashiers/merchandisers in job functions.
• Provide on-going guidance and instruction.
• Implement loss prevention standards and manage cash office inventory.
• Answer inquiries about product location, rainchecks, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper rotation.
• Set up and take down product displays as directed by supervisors.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and store policies.
• Perform clerical and banking duties when required.
